For 13 years I worked at Edgar's Mission, an animal sanctuary caring for around 400 animals at a time, where even sending an email came below everything else. No software was built for a place like that, so I built the systems myself, and they kept running after I left.
Since then I've run more than 200 AI workshops on four continents and made training videos with OpenAI for their nonprofit academy. I set things up so you don't need me forever. You'll always know your business better than I do.
