Consulting, workshops, training programmes, and technical builds

Services

Consulting

AI audits, implementation plans, tool selection, strategy, policy, and culture. I work with your team to figure out where AI fits, build the systems, and make sure the knowledge transfers. The goal is always capability that stays after I leave, not dependency that keeps you coming back.

Speaking & Workshops

Conference keynotes, partner events, and hands-on workshops where people build real things. I speak and facilitate across Australia, Europe, and the United States through partners like Infoxchange, Kickstarting for Good, and Fundraising Institute Australia. Participants leave with something they can use the next day, not just ideas about what might be possible.

Training Programmes

Structured multi-week programmes for organisations serious about AI adoption. AI Impact Hub runs ongoing learning through on-demand courses, weekly sessions, and community. I also co-designed the 12-week Amplify for Animals programme for advocacy organisations. A single workshop is not enough. Skills decay without practice and support.

Technical Builds

Custom automations, AI agents, databases, and websites built for specific organisational needs. From workflows that connect your CRM to your communications, to AI agents that handle real operational tasks, to MCP servers that plug AI into your existing tools. I build things that work and that your team can maintain.

Speaking and facilitation

I speak at conferences, facilitate workshops, and run webinar series across Australia, Europe, and the United States. The topics range from practical AI adoption for nonprofits to fundraising with AI to building an AI-first organisation. I prefer sessions where people leave with something they can use the next day, not just ideas about what might be possible.

Not sure where to start?

That is genuinely the most common question I hear. The answer depends on your team, your resources, and what you are trying to achieve. A short conversation usually clears it up faster than any amount of reading.
